Splice The Hedgehog: RPG Fangame.

Definitely looks a lot nicer. The blue looks kinda odd though, like it's a really old or creepy house, but that might just be the bricks or the lampshades or something. Still, it looks a lot less confusing than it did in the playthrough videos you made years ago.

Also, I'm sorry I haven't made any music recently. We have relatives over at the moment and we have to go on trips with them and stuff. I'll have stuff for you sooner or later.

Well, the house is actually pretty old. There isn't too much else I can do though, aside from maybe adding a wooden floor at some point like Kapus suggested. I was actually going to do that in Splice's room, but after I failed making a custom wood floor tile, I just opted for a new rug.

Also it's alright. I can wait, but the list of songs needed is just growing in the meantime.

Hahaha, at least that's better than not having any projects for me.

Is there a painting of Oil Ocean somewhere too?

Naw, it's just Emerald Hill, Hill Top, and Aquatic Ruins.
I might make another picture to hang up, but I didn't have any room for more.

Make photos of all the Sonic 2 Zones and hide them throughout the world.

While working on finishing up an update to Kyle's design, I realized that some of his sprites used here have some...lazy mistakes. Namely in the battle stance, which I think could use to be a bit better in general.
Since I have motivation to sprite him, (for now at least,) he might end up being the next character I work on. Of course there isn't TOO much else to add to him except for the above sprite updates, but still.

So yeah, here's a before and after example.



It's mainly in the arms, vest, outlines, and of course, his new hair.

How far along on this game do you think you are?

Well storywise, I'd say about 2% since I haven't progressed any further than when the party sets off for Station Square.
In terms of completing every character, which was my current goal, ehh...It's difficult to say. A lot of the characters keep changing. For instance, Kyle above was technically already finished, but since I just gave him hair, now I have to implement that on all of his sprites, essentially making him unfinished yet again. (I also wanted to redo his Magic Sword skills to be far less bland.)

So, as long as I keep finding things to improve on the characters, I can't really give a good estimate on them. The same could go for the game as a whole since I also keep finding new things to add to it.
