WT: Tech The Hedgehog VS The Silver Lancer (Winner: Tech The Hedgehog)

"Laaaaadieees Aaand Gentlemen! The next match is about to begin!" The announcer called out. The crowd cheered excitedly.

"Will our fighters please report to the ring?" He called out. As they entered, he continued. "For With our match coming up, we have a man who goes by the title "The Silver Lancer"! An agile cat wielding a spear who's only shown up in our tournaments every now and then. Not much is known about his background. He hasn't been seen around here for a few months, but This is his first World Tournament in two years!" As he spoke, a silver colored cat wearing a helmet with two feathers attached to the sides. The helmet concealed his mouth, and had holes in the top for his ears to stick out. "And in our other corner we have Tech The Hedgehog! Please, come forward!"

Tech: *walks in, checking his mini-gun arm* hello. I'm tech.

The cat nodded at the introduction. "Silver," He said. "Silver Abelard."

The announcer looked at the two fighters. "Alright then. Let's just go over the rules real quick." He said. "There will be no guns with the risk of immediately killing your opponent. If you should kill your opponent, you will be disqualified. Anyone who lands outside the ring will be disqualified. And also, try not to pull any hair, ears, tails, or noses. You'll be called out on those offenses as a foul. Three fouls and you're disqualified. That should be enough for now." He took a few steps back to give the fighters some room. "Alright, both fighters ready...?"

Silver took his spear, twirled it around and tossed it into the air. He swiftly spun around into a fighting stance and caught the spear behind him.

"BEGIN!"

Tech: Hmm... guess that means... *presses a button on his wrist, the mini-gun changes into a mechanized hand* no long-ranged attacks. Oh well. *gets in a fighting stance*

Silver motioned for Tech to make the first move.

Tech:... *runs at silver, though not very quickly*

Silver watched him come, and braced himself as he readied his spear.

Tech: *Attempts to slow silver lancer down with telekinesis, also attempts a straight punch*

Silver suddenly felt himself feeling sluggish for an unknown reason. Knowing that he wouldn't be able to block with his spear or dodge in time, He held up his free hand, which was already out in front of him, and caught the punch. He swung his spear, fighting against the sluggish feeling the best he could, and aimed to slash at his chest and/or knock him over.

Tech: *Jumps backwards, telekinesis vanishing, barely lands on his feet though *
