Moonlight Visitor

Before he could reach her, Smash suddenly stepped in front of him, his back turned to him. "Percy, let me." He said, focusing on Lucretia.
Percy stopped right behind him. "But Smash-"
"When you let your anger get the best of you, you'll end up being more vulnerable." He flashed him an understanding look. "I know how you feel, but just let me handle this for now." He turned to look back at Lucretia. "Besides, you should check those wounds.
Percy looked at his arm, and shrugged as he plucked the icicles from them. "These are nothing." He muttered. Smash walked slowly over to Lucretia, giving her a cold stare.

"Hm, so another lowly Mobian steps up to challenge me?" She rose her eyebrow at the approaching echidna.
"It would be a fatal mistake to underestimate me." Smash warned. "You should know that I am the most powerful out of this whole team that stand against you."
"Is that so? It's such a shame to waste the best so early on." She chuckled, sinisterly. "You should know that as a queen I am the most powerful out of everyone here."
"You rule nothing here." He stopped just a couple of feet away from her. "And soon, you'll rule nothing at all." Without warning, he sprung forward and punched right at her face. She was quick to block it with her good hand, and tried to counter with a knee to the stomach. Smash pounded her knee back down with his other hand, and twisted his caught fist around to grab her wrist. Before she could react, Smash hurled her over to the ground. She landed on one hand and flipped back up to her feet. When she turned around, Smash was standing in the same spot, gesturing her to come on. Angered, she charged right back at him.


Splice was going head to head with Mizuchi alone, attacking with a wild flurry of super fast punches and kicks. Mizuchi managed to block each one, but was forced to stay on the defensive until he stopped. Finally, Splice back flipped away from him, and Pearl suddenly jumped in to bring in the finishing blow to the combo. She successfully broke through his defenses and knocked him over with a punch to his chest. He fell onto his back, but quickly rolled back to his feet. He smirked at the two, seemingly enjoying this challenge. 'They work together pretty well...' He thought to himself.

Smash flipped over and landed on his hands, swiftly jumping back to his feet a safe distance away from her. "Interesting you should say that." He remarked, raising his eyebrow.

Pearl stood in front of Splice, as Mizuchi began to deal his own chain of attacks. Pearl held up pretty well on her own, blocking and parrying each blow and finding openings to throw in her own punch or two. Mizuchi seemed to be enjoying this battle...


Jen stood up, rubbing his head. "You little brat..!" He picked up his staff, and charged right towards Jessie. Jessie just grinned, gesturing for him to come.
"Be careful, Jessie!" Violet warned. "I've got your back."


"Freaking Chao! Dang it!" Daigon yelled in utter annoyance. Kitty was too quick and swift for him to hit. He was so focused on Kitty, that he didn't notice the others preparing to attack him. Gizmo re-equipped his Hand Cannon, and began charging energy within it. James stood by, waiting for Daigon to notice him if Kitty failed. Zap had finally finished charging up enough electricity, and was advancing slowly towards them.
Finally, Daigon successfully swatted Kitty out of the air. The chao went sprawling towards the ground, landing on his back in the grass. "Finally..." It was then when he noticed Zap in front of him, his entire body crackling with electricity. To his side, Gizmo was ready to fire.

"NOW!" James yelled. In that instant, Zap held both of his hands out, and fired a large ball of electricity towards Daigon. Gizmo held his fire, in case he dodged.

\Smash seemingly ignored her, as they continued their fist-fight. In a moment, they both caught eachother's punches simultaneously. "Don't lie." Smash said, coldly. "You're holding my friend hostage. That alone is reason enough to fight."


Mizuchi had backed off to begin his attack. Splice stepped in front of Pearl, knowing what he was about to do. The hand movements were what allowed him to draw up and control the water. Splice quickly charged up his own attack and swung his arm outward, unleashing several sharp icicles in Mizuchi's direction.


Daigon jumped up into the air, but wasn't quick enough to dodge the ball of lightning. He found himself being electrocuted in mid-air as the lightning collided with his waist. Gizmo took this as his chance to fire at him. The large ball of plasma struck him from the side, blasting him far away from the field.

~This fighting scene is really taking our interest away from the actual story. For now, let's end it a little quicker. I won't make it too quick, just enough so we can finally get on with everything. We can fill in the blanks later.


Despite the pain it caused her, Lucretia decided it was time to use her blood bending on her annoying blue opponent. "I'll make you and your friends regret your decision to help my brother and sister.." she whispered, and jumped a few feet back from Smash.

Smash quickly ran after her but felt his body stop in mid run after Lucretia forced her arms down. All he could manage was a look of shock as he felt his knees start to bend down in a kneeling position.

"Heh.." Lucretia smirked. "That's a good look on your face. I just love how my victims look at me with that confused, helpless gaze right before they die. It puts me..in a good mood."

Smash immediately realized what this meant. He had to make her stop, but he couldn't move his body at all. All he could do was watch. He gritted his teeth, bearing the pain as he felt his blood flowing disturbingly against it's normal state. An idea came to mind on how to free himself, though it had a chance of endangering his body even more, it had also had a chance of disrupting her senses and letting him go. He concentrated on bringing out the energy he had left within his body, and felt an immense strain in his limbs. It was much harder than usual, but he unleashed a blast of energy from within him, transforming himself into his High Tension state. "URRGHIII!!" He cried out, both in pain and determination. His aura gradually grew more intense, slowly changing from sky blue to lime green. "P-Perseus..!" He called out, hoping that he would take the chance to attack Lucretia.
