Moonlight Visitor

"Alright, but you're coming with us, Buster." Smash growled. "Any funny business, and you'll have seen your last sunrise." He then followed Percy out of the yard, with everyone else hurrying behind.

Right when they exited the yard, An orange cat with white stripes came rushing up to them. "Smash! Everyone!" She exclaimed.

"Amber? What're you doing out here?" Splice asked, confused.

She stopped in front of them, panting heavily from running for so long. "I-I just saw these two people in the forest..they beat up a cat and a rabbit, and they kidnapped them.." She explained. "And they said something about..unleashing a monster..."

Amber looked somewhat surprised. "We're on our way right now." Smash said. "Thanks." He rushed ahead, hurrying to the field just outside the city borders.

"We'll explain later." Splice said. He glanced at everyone else and nodded, before they all went after Smash. Amber watched them leave, worried about what was going on. She decided to follow them to see for herself.

Lucretia faked a look of shock and hurt feelings. "Enough." Smash said, walking up to them, with Gizmo following beside him. "Where are they?" He stared them down coldly, "What do you want from us?"

Smash looked at the picture, rather surprised. He gave Percy a sympathetic look and put his hand on his shoulder, not speaking a word. He then stepped forward, glaring directly into Lucretia's eyes. He took off his gloves, revealing his blue hands, and cast them aside. "...Challenge accepted." In their place, he fitted blue striped gloves on his hands, which seemed to glow on contact.

"Mike..." Gizmo looked down, closing his eyes. "..You've done all that you can...Now it's my turn. I won't let you down!" He got into a battle stance, as razor sharp claws extended from his gloves, revealing that he was equipped with the same weapon as Mike. Kitty soon popped up from behind Gizmo, revealing his own version of the Claw Gloves. Mizuchi rose an eyebrow at them, taking note of it.

"You and your gang have gone too far." Splice called out from a distance. "Now, you're on our territory! If you think the home-team's gonna lose this time, You're in for a nasty surprise!" He whipped out a pair of daggers, twirling them around before entering his battle stance.

"As the leader of Team Garnet, I will personally whip every last one of your rotten behinds." Jessie stated, matter of factly. "And with the whole team, There's no way we'll lose."

"You may be powerful," Pearl said, calmly walking up next to Smash. "but together we stand stronger than any known force."

Gizmo, Kitty, James and Zap all charged towards Daigon, ready to gang up and beat down on him. Jen started to side up next to him, but was cut off by Violet and Jessie.
"Not this time y'don't." Jessie wagged her finger at him. "Your fight is with us!"

Jen scoffed. "And I thought now was my chance to take on the big guys. Figures I'd get stuck with the little girls."

Violet glared sharply at him, but then smirked. "Oh don't you worry. We'll-"
"You're just gonna lose anyway, so why should it matter who takes you out!?" Jessie snapped. She nearly lunged at him, throwing a big punch at his face. Jen quickly blocked with his staff, and shoved her back. Jessie skidded back by only a couple of inches, before she jumped right back at him. Jen held up his staff to defend himself again, but instead of punching it, Jessie grabbed it. She yanked on it and pulled herself right up to his face. Before Jen realized what had happened, he found himself sprawling towards the ground after Jessie bashed her head against his. His staff fell to the ground in front of her.


Gizmo clawed and slashed furiously at Daigon. Each attack was blocked successfully by his staff, but Gizmo wouldn't stop attacking. Daigon took a step back and swung his staff towards his face. But instead of getting hit like last time, Gizmo caught it, and gripped it tightly. Daigon glared, and tried to take it back from him.
This was just the opening James needed. He stepped in beside Gizmo, and socked him across the face. He continued to jab at him, punching left and right alternatively. Daigon didn't let this last very long, and took a hand off of the staff to deflect an oncoming jab, and deliver one right back at him. James took the blow head on, and staggered backwards a bit. He then jumped and flipped over Gizmo's head, yanking the staff out of his grasp, and landing behind him. The moment he landed, however, he was met face to face with Kitty, who proceeded to claw at his face. Daigon swatted angrily at him, as if he were an annoying bug buzzing around him. And like any bug, Kitty swiftly dodged each swipe, and continued to claw at him from wherever he could.

Standing from a distance, Zap watched Daigon as he generated electricity in his hands. He was preparing an attack to use at just the right moment. Crystal stood next to him, watching over him to make sure nothing interrupted him.
