Smash glanced over at her, noticing the tears in her eyes. He set his hand down on top of hers, "Of course. And I'll be waiting."

Luna's eyes widen for a moment before she moved even closer and hugged him. Surprised by his words enough to want to keep him close. "Thank you..Smash.."

Smash was a little bit surprised, and almost fell back over due to not entirely sitting up, but managed to return the hug with his free hand. "You're welcome." He said, softly.

Luna looked up at him before giving him a small soft kiss on the lips. The moment she pulled away though yelling could be heard from the stairs. Luna put a finger to Smash's lips to silence him.

The kiss was what really caught him off guard. But before he had time to really react, they heard someone yelling at the top of the staircase. 'Oh crap! I forgot we weren't supposed to be down here! We're SO busted.' He sat up slowly. 'Okay, calm down Smash. We'll think of something. Luna, if you can hear my thoughts, I'll leave this to you.'

Luna's mind was already racing to think of a way to get out of there. Finally she grabbed hold of Smash in another hug and teleported them to her bedroom. She quickly let go and ran to her door listening now for footsteps.

Once they were in her room, Smash took a few steps back away from her and the door, feeling his body tensing up. His eyes scanned the room, as he guessed that this room belonged to her. He needed a place to hide, just in case someone actually came in.

Finally after several long tense moments Luna relaxed and stepped away from the door. "It's fine now. No one is coming, they were just checking to make sure no one bothered the temple."She said as her ears twitched off and on as if she could hear from that far away.

Smash let out a sigh of relief, letting his arms droop. "Talk about close calls." He huffed. "Heh, I dunno what I woulda done. Besides getting caught."

"Yeah..well it's safe..guess the date's over now then" Luna said moving over to her table and making a screen appear with a menu of drinks.
