Adventures at Sea

"I see..So much to explore, here." Smash muttered. His eyes stopped at the sight of the crystal temple. He and Pearl both stared at it as they walked, feeling both curious and interested about where they were headed.

It wasn't long before they get to the beginning of the stairs of the temple. "This temple belong to the Goddess who made Atlantis. Dana was her name." Luna said as she started to go up the stairs slowly. "Only a few have explored it and not everyone is allowed to. I had a feeling you both would like this place...so I wanted to share it"

"I see..." Both Smash and Pearl felt a mystical, spiritual feeling come over them.
"It's a beautiful temple." Pearl said. "Though I admit, this is probably the first temple I've ever actually seen, but still.."

Luna grinned at them "Wait until you see the inside. Come on it's safe, the traps are long gone by now" she waved for them to follow her up the stairs. The building itself looked really really old with many strange markings and symbols.

Smash and Pearl exchanged glances before walking up after her. It seemed strange for them to be in a place like this, but they felt that they could trust her. As Luna lead them up the stairs, Smash began to think back on what it was possibly like before they came.

Suddenly Smash should be seeing shared memories from Luna. It's slow enough for him to understand. First of her father leaving saying he hated them while their mother was pregnant and then for so many years only being friends with her siblings or being locked up in her lab. It seems it goes on for many years. Does show him a memory of how the temple looked when she first saw it, a very beautiful sight. She stops sharing her memories with him as she reaches the top.

Smash's eyes widened from the sudden flashback. As it played back through his mind, his whole face glazed over with sympathy for the girl. He stared blankly at nothing in particular, not paying attention at all until the flashback ended. He snapped out of his thoughts, or rather, her thoughts, as he realized that they had gotten to the top. His mind felt slightly hazy, and he felt a little lightheaded. 'I never would have imagined that she'd have that kind of power..even if she is telepathic..' He thought.

"So this is the top..?" Pearl asked as she stopped next to them both.

Luna nodded pretending as if nothing happen. "You look a little dizzy Smash. Is the sun too hot?" she asked him with a worried look on her face.

Pearl glanced over at him, looking worried as well. But Smash shook his head, "It's nothing. I'm fine." He said, starting to return to his senses. "Let's keep going." He said, trying to smile a bit to reassure that he was alright.

"Alright." She slowly opens the doors and walks in, the sun goes right through the crystal lighting up the whole temple. It gives off a rainbow effect on the floor. A huge statue of a hedgehog is in the middle of the temple. Many rooms leading off to different areas.
