Adventures at Sea

Smash nodded, folding his arms. "Yes, I think I understand now." He said. "Don't worry, we won't tell anyone. We didn't plan to let anyone know we were down here in the first place."

"So the Atlantians were both regular mobians and dragons..." Pearl said to herself. "Amazing.."

"So, why was there a war between you all?" Smash asked. "What happened that tore the Atlantians apart?"

Juliet shook her head. "You misunderstood...we weren't fighting each other..but together against a force that almost overwhelmed us. We dragons...in a last resort used all of our powers to defeat the enemy..but at a cost...we all got hurt and it seems most if not all died but me." she corrected him, she had an air about her that made her come off as someone they could relax around. "Oh wow...that was the war I've been mentioning..." "Yes it is Luna."

"Oohh.." Smash said, realizing he was looking at it the wrong way. "A force that almost overwhelmed you..."

"It's kind of terrifying to think that there's something out there so strong that it could overwhelm a race sided with dragons..." Pearl said, looking worried. "I can't imagine anything as powerful as that."

"You have no need to worry...it's all over and done with now. It happen many many years ago" Juliet said as she started to walk towards the stairs entrance. "Now I must go see the Queen...enjoy the rest of your date." Luna blushed at Juliet insisting it was a date yet again.

Smash watched her leave. "Be careful. The stairs are kinda falling apart." He warned.

"Oh? Then let's make it safe.." At that the stairs become solid ice in the parts where it was breaking. Juliet goes up the stairs and leaves them there in the room. Luna walked over to Smash and Pearl "Well...that was interesting..." she said lowly.

Smash shrugged. "You're telling me. That was far from the last thing I was expecting."

"Who would've guessed that we'd find anything like this down here?" Pearl asked in reference to the whole area and incident.

"I sure didn't." He looked over at Luna. "So...what should we do now?"

Luna took a glance at the steps before looking at Smash and then Pearl. "Time for the last part..but only me and you can go Smash. Sorry Pearl." she said glancing around the whole room again.

"Should I stay here, then?" She asked.
"Umm..." Smash scratched his head. "Actually, I forgot. What were we gonna do with Pearl now?"

"We'll walk back to the castle together and then I'll take Smash to the place I want to go with him." Luna said as she linked arms with Pearl already very glad to have her as a new friend. "I would never leave my friend down here with all this blood.."
