Adventures at Sea

Pearl let out a soft sigh of relief, linking her arm with her's "That sounds good." She said, smiling.
Smash smiled a bit, too. "I wouldn't leave anybody down in a place like this." He said in a joking tone. "Alright, let's head back then."

Luna lead them slowly up the stairs which were still fixed by the ice. Once they got past the door she went back to the water's edge and picked up her device to breath under water. "Last one to the other side is a rotten egg." She said with a girl before diving into the water.

Pearl grinned as the two dove in together. "What-Hey!" Smash exclaimed. He snatched up his device and dove in after them. He put it on as he swam after them.

For a hedgehog, Luna could swim really well and in fact was keeping up with Pearl in the water a bit of distance already away from Smash. Giggling appeared in Smash's head and Luna talked to him yet again telepathically. "Can you keep up..Smashie?" She asked the giggling stops after a few seconds.

'Smashie? Oh, NOW you've done it. My honor and pride is on the line here, now!' He suddenly boost forward in the water, kicking his legs up and down as he quickly caught up to the two, threatening to pass them both. Pearl heard him coming and looked behind her, still amused by it all.

Luna could not help but laugh to herself with an amuse look on her face as she kept swimming as fast as she could. Her body able to move gracefully through the water, she didn't plan on letting Smash pass her though. "Is that all you got?" She asked him trying not to get even more amused by it all.

"Nnrrgh.." He grunted frustratedly. He kicked and pushed his way through the water, almost violently, and made it past Pearl in a matter of seconds. But Luna was still ahead of him, swimming almost casually. 'How is she even doing that?' He wondered in exasperation. He quickly began to tire out, as he used up too much of his strength trying to shoot past her, and Pearl caught back up to him.

Luna surfaced from the water once she reached the edge of the temple ruins. She stepped out and sat down, grinning from the fun she had as she took her mouth piece out of her mouth. "Didn't get me Smashie~" She giggled a little as she couldn't help herself. She really did enjoy the feel of his mind and company along with Pearl.

Pearl climbed out next, taking off the mouthpiece. "Well! That was exhilarating." She huffed with satisfaction.
Smash poked his head out of the water, spitting out the mouthpiece and panting heavily. "Good..grief...I felt like..I was stuck in the olympics..or something..gah.." He stepped out of the water and took a moment to catch his breath.

"I haven't had so much fun in years...I'm not even sure how long ago it was either since time seems to just run together. Thank you both..." Luna said with a smile that lit up her face. She moved over to where she put the cover to her swimsuit at and replaced it back in place on her lower half. A flick of her hand and a soft glow from her markings resulted in all the water coming out of their furs and going straight back into the water making the three of them perfectly dry.
