WT: Topaz The Hedgehog VS Smash The Echidna (Winner: Smash The Echidna)

((I keep missing the things that are like two posts above. >.>)
Smash saw the light coming, and kept running. Right when it was about to release the blast, Smash leaped into the air towards Topaz. The blast slightly boosted his jump. He held his fist behind him as if he were going to try and knock him out the air.

((Did you honestly just call him Turbo?))
As Smash ascended, Topaz shifted to the side. Like Smash's previous punch, he appeared to move in slow motion with afterimages following. Once Smash had reached his height, Topaz countered the easily avoided attack with a quick and forceful shoulder tackle.

Smash held his punch. He didn't throw his fist at all as he rose towards him. Right when he unleashed his attack, Smash swung his arm around and grabbed his arm. The shoulder hit him in the cheek, but he ended up hanging from his arm.

With Smash hanging onto his arm, Topaz could not do much. This contributed to his plan, if only partially, but he needed to get him off. Bringing his arms and legs inward, Topaz called the eight lights to come to him, hopefully with enough force to jostle Smash loose.

Smash let go right before the lights touched him. Before he fell out of reach, he grabbed his foot, just barely. What the crap am I doing? I don't even know. He held on tightly, and attempted to try and throw Topaz downward.

Topaz's own powers of flight held him aloft, causing Smash to merely lift himself upward. Topaz took the opportunity and dealt a kick with his free foot to Smash's head.
That's right, keep it up Smash. Make me angry.

The kick almost made him fall, but he managed to hang on. Without wasting another second, he grabbed his other foot, now holding onto them both, and swung himself forward, curling slightly to deal a twin kick to his back.

Topaz shared the momentum, rolling forward as well so that the together did a 360 degree front flip. Once they had straightened out, Topaz used the last of the momentum to thust his legs downward in one last attempt to shake Smash off.
Fall, dammit. Fall!

Finally, Smash lost his grip and began to fall back downward. Before he even fell half the distance between him and the ground, Smash unleashed a blast of energy as he transformed into his high tension state. He focused his energy into his feet and let out another blast of energy right below him, rocketing him right back up towards Topaz at an alarming speed. He threw his fist up in an attempt to uppercut him.

Dodging this oncoming attack was definitely an option and could be done easily, but Topaz knew better. It wouldn't accomplish anything to avoid it, and his plan was almost complete anyways. As Smash rocketed upward, Topaz was more than willing to take the uppercut, but simultaneously dealt and axe kick to Smash, which would surely have an added effect from the momentum Smash had coming into it.
