Diana instinctively grabbed the crystal around her neck, tightly squeezing it for comfort. "I..wasn't waking up?.." she repeated, trying to figure out why. As to his other question of what happened, she didn't know where she should start!

Mike nodded and looked at her with worry. "Are you alright?" he asked, noticing her now distressed look.

She let go of her necklace, and put her hand against her forehead. "My head hurts..." she said quickly, feeling everything spin again as the stress she was in began to over power her.

Leaning her head against his shoulder, He picked up one of the bottles of water, "Here, drink some water." He urged, only feeling more worried.

She gave him a look of gratitude and took a few gulps, nearly spilling the rest all over them both in her haste to feel better again. For a few moments, she sat very still and tried to relax against the warmth of his fur. "Thank you.." she whispered softly, and cuddled up to him as she felt the dizziness slow down until it finally stopped.

Mike let out a sigh of relief and smiled softly. "Don't worry about it. I'm just glad you're alright now.." He put his arm around her and held her close in comfort. She blushed softly, enjoying how safe she felt being held by him.

"I just.." she began as she came back to the reality of what just happened to her. She turned to face him now, leaving the comfort of his arm being wrapped around her to look him straight in the eyes. "I saw how Lucretia became..who she is now."

Mike's eyes widened. "Wait...you what? You saw-..." There were at least three questions he wanted to ask all at once, but he decided to let her explain.

"In my dream I-" she stopped herself suddenly. "In my memory, I decided to do something nice for Lucretia. I wanted her to be happy again..And when I heard my parents talking about how they and the rest of our people were afraid of her, I knew I had to do something to help.." she began, still feeling all of the emotions from the sad memory. "I begged Percy and our bodyguard Derrik to escort Lucretia and I through the city..So I could cheer her up by taking her to her favorite jewelry store and so she could see this little girl she absolutely adored.." Diana trailed off for a few seconds as her eyes felt a terrible stinging.

"Wh-When they said yes, I went to get her. And when I saw her..she looked awful..I guess the depression was eating away at her.."

Mike looked down, knowing how Lucretia must have felt and imagined the scary woman he knew now in a horrible, fragile state.

"As I was trying to convince her to go in the city, something...odd happened." she continued.

Mike looked back at her with wonder in his eyes. "Odd?"

Diana nodded. "She was screaming in pain, and holding her head..I asked her why, but she said it was nothing..At first I figured it was only a headache..until she did it again once we were in the city. In fact, it happened quite a few times once we were there." she explained, and paused to see his reaction.

The orange cat furrowed his eyebrows, not knowing what to think. It was indeed strange, but he decided to save his opinions for when she was done.

"While we were walking through the city, more and more people began to stare..and whisper at us. And when we were more than halfway there, Lucretia wanted to go back because of how uncomfortable she felt..a-and I should've listened.." Her voice cracked and her vision started to get blurry from the hot tears that begged to come out, but she stayed strong and held them in. "..But I convinced her to go on."

Mike wistfully put her hand in his, and squeezed tightly for silent comfort. "Whatever happened wasn't your fault. So don't even suggest it.." he said, his voice gentle yet strong in meaning.

The purple rabbit was surprised at first, then smiled lightly at him. It was comforting to know that he didn't think she was to blame..

He smiled gently back at her as he felt her begin to relax again. "Go on.."

She nodded quickly, nearly forgetting where she left off. "Umm..well I mentioned to her that this little girl Christie would be at the shop, and shortly after I did she grabbed my hand and dragged me the rest of the way as fast as she could. It seemed as though Lucretia was really excited..and that maybe this would be the last hope she could at least cling too..If that girl and her father would still accept her even after everything that happened. I thought that the girl would still love her as much as I did..But her and her friends screamed and cried and ran away.." Diana began to see all of the hateful stares from the commotion that happened from the children running away..

"And when the owner of the store came out, with his little Christie crying in his arms..he screamed at Lucretia and called her a monster..I-I tried to stand up for her..Not just to the store owner, but to the crowd that was now surrounding us..But then she just...snapped."

Diana tried to keep the hurtful words Lucretia spoke to her out of her mind. She suddenly let go of Mike's hand, and held her legs close to her as she tucked her chin in her knees. "I-I don't want to get into the details but-I think that's what started all of this.."

Mike wasn't sure what to say. It felt strange, but he was actually pitying Lucretia now. He could only imagine what it was like to be in her shoes, or Diana's for that matter. He began to frown when he realized he'd run out of comforting words for her. Seeing her in that state was hard for him, though; he felt obliged to cheer her up.
He leaned over and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, holding her close by. Diana looked up, somewhat surprised by his gesture, but quickly accepted it. She nuzzled against his shoulder for comfort, feeling a bit more at ease next to him.

After a few moments of silence, Mike spoke up. "So...was that all that you saw?" He asked.
"Hm?" She glanced at him, puzzled.
"Was there anything else you saw, aside from your returning memories?"
Diana flinched, remembering the one other thing that she didn't mention. "U-umm..." Mike soon noticed her hesitation.
"Whenever you had those visions, you were still at least semi-conscious." Mike added. "This time was different, though; you were completely out. Your necklace started shining, until it was almost blindingly bright." He moved his arm from her shoulder and turned to face her entirely, now placing both hands on each of her shoulders. "It wasn't until it stopped glowing when you finally woke up. Please tell me; what happened?"

Diana tried not to look into his eyes and looked down to avoid his gaze, fearing that he could see the lie in her eyes. "Mike really, there's nothing to tell.." she tried once again to hide him from the truth, almost desperately.

But Mike fought further and shook his head sharply. "I don't believe you. You're hiding something Diana..And whatever it is.." He lifted her chin up to make her look into his eyes again. "I want to know so I can help. I am your guardian, after all." he finished softly.

She could see the worry and care in his gentle eyes, and felt herself giving in. It felt worse lying to him than it would to tell him the truth. She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and tried to think of a way to lay it on him delicately..

"This might sound crazy..but the good side of the crystal spoke to me after my dream. It said that it was the one showing me all of my memories so far.." She looked over at him, and saw how confused and lost he was.Things just kept getting stranger and stranger..he almost couldn't keep up sometimes!

"Umm.." she sighed quietly, and began to nervously play with a few strands of her hair. She began to think of how 'irregular' she really was for a moment, but then went back to how she could explain things to Mike. "I didn't fully understand..I still don't. But what it told me..What it explained was..That Lucretia really isn't Lucretia...She's the evil side of the crystal now. And the only way to free my real sister is if I..." she gulped, feeling her heart sink from the idea. "Kill her. And if I don't, then she-it will kill me. Apparently both of us can't live at the same time..One of us has to die, whether anybody likes it or not." She stopped, and stayed silent as she stared into the darkness.

Sorry about the wait. It's not just Moonlight Visitor, though. I have like 8 other roleplays I need to reply to. I've been busy and trying to force my way through this writers block that's been haunting me since November. .___.;

Aww no worries. Just wanting to help is all. That writer's block of yours is starting to worry me though. Even I haven't had it for that long.. Sad
