Moonlight Visitor

Smash's eyebrows shot up, not expecting the question to be directed towards him. He quickly put on a smile, and shook his head. "He's had some delays, since he lent me his belt." He said honestly. "But he promised that he'd come soon. He'll be here, you can count on that."
Though he wasn't so sure himself. How exactly was he even supposed to get back home, anyway? They switched places, so now they were both stranded on eachother's home planets. Was there a way for them to get across without the use of Percy's belt? Whatever the case, he didn't want the kids to worry either. He stuck by what he said, hoping to convince them, and himself as well.

Smash was surprised by the sudden hug, but didn't hesitate to return it. "You're welcome." He said. He watched as Rachel took them back to their room, smiling a bit. "Heh, Kids.."
A few moments later, he decided to take her up on that offer. He walked on into the kitchen, feeling his stomach rumble. 'I feel starved. How long was I out, anyway?' He wondered as he browsed the room. 'I'd only just eaten breakfast before going out to fight those guys...' He took a moment to glance around the room, wondering what kind of food they ate. "I wonder if they're vegetarians..?" He muttered under his breath. He walked towards the refridgerator, taking note of the similarities between their worlds, when something caught his eye on the table. Curious, He changed directions and headed for the table instead.

It was a book. A photo album, at that. Remembering the kids calling Diana "Auntie", he began to wonder if they had any pictures together before she was sent away. He quickly glanced around, making sure the coast was clear, before sitting down and opening the book. He flipped through a few pages of the individual family members, and soon found a few group pictures. He stopped at one in particular, and leaned a little closer. It was a picture of three kids..they all each resembled Percy, Rachel, and Diana. They all looked to be around the same age, as well. 'Hey, That's Diana there...' He thought, with a smile. Suddenly, his smile vanished as he realized the contradiction in that picture. 'Wait...But, Percy and Rachel are about as old as Me, if not older. And Diana's just a teenager...But how can this...?'

It was so confusing to him, yet, the pieces of the puzzle began to fall into place. Lucretia was about as old as they were, as well. And Diana was meant to be the new queen of Animas. They were all the same age at one point, but they found her as a teen...
Smash gasped softly, staring with widened eyes at the small picture. 'It can't be...!' He slowly closed the book, 'They...They're all the same age..Diana was just as old as them...until that day when they were separated.'

Smash opened his mouth to speak, but stopped himself. He closed the book, as well as his eyes. "It's nothing." He said, somewhat flatly. He stood up from the chair, and looked over at her. "I'm sure you must be tired. Why don't you get some rest?" He asked, wanting to change the subject.

"Hmm..Nah, that's alright." He said. "I think I can handle myself. You should get some rest, you've been up way longer than me."
'In the meantime, I need to think about what we're gonna do. If it's really night, then I've missed out on an entire day..or maybe it's just different time zones, considering the fact that this is a whole 'nother world.'

Smash shook his head, and smiled at the two. "No thanks needed. It's just what I do." He replied, modestly. "Good night."

"Good night." She gave a slight bow before heading back to her room with Illy. Smash turned back to his food, and began eating.

'Okay let's see here...' He began to think, 'What can I do here on Animas, before Lucretia gets back?' He pondered, taking another bite out of his meal. 'I have to think carefully..If I get caught by her, I'm in trouble. I could probably take on anyone else, but that blood bending is going to be a problem. Heck, I need to make sure I don't get caught by anyone on her side. Hmm...' He looked out in the direction that Rachel's uncle left in. "Spread the word, huh? I guess we're not alone..."

He quickly finished up his food, and stood up. "I should go and see who all's on our side, then.."
