That side comment wasn't exactly meant to be taken seriously. I'm not even going to bother focusing on traffic until literally everything else in all the cities are complete. That includes NPC's, which would be the second-to-last thing I plan to go back on.

Speaking of NPC's, I'd been considering bringing in humans for places like Station Square and Central City anyway, but I haven't decided on a particular style I'd want to use.

Since I am still nowhere near prepared for the next updates video, (it took me all morning and afternoon to both install and get the hang of using Camtasia Studio 8 since all my other movie makers are dead.) here are a couple music videos instead.

Yeah, I'm sorry. Fencing has a much more grueling schedule than it did last year so I haven't had much time. But my winter break starts this weekend so maybe we can get some stuff done then.

It's cool you're still working hard on this game after all these years. I'm trying create my own game myself, tough work! I'm stuck right now, may have to try to use a different game engine

Speaking of dedication, the newest updates video was so long, I split it in two!

I took a break since I was burnt out after spending an entire week on those videos, but I'm back to work now. Here's what I've been doing...



This is the inside of the train station in Station Square. It is so grossly W.I.P. that it hurts to show it.


...But at least I got these stairs to work. Walking up diagonal slopes/stairs is something I thought I'd never be able to do, but it's actually fairly easy.


The tileset here is, so far, 80% custom made. I've been spending most of my time spriting these floors and walls, using screenshots of SADX as a reference. I'm REALLY liking how my stairs came out, but I still need to make them end better at the top/bottom.

There's a lot left to be done, but hey. It's progress.

And then it turns out that I got the stairs backwards. Went ahead and fixed that and hey, this place is starting to look pretty neat so far.
