Wrath from Beyond

Smash stopped the moment he saw him. "...What exactly is he doing?"
"He appears to be meditating." Kyle responded. He watched the magic runes swirling around him, and put his hand on the handle of his sword.

Helios: indeed... *stands* Welcome to the underworld. I hope your visit has been most pleasant. *Bows*
Sinu: Tch. Like this place could EVER be home.
Helios: But you did call it home at one time, sister.
Sinu:... quiet. I'm not in the mood. *Growling*
Helios: Now then... whom of you think you can take me?Ah... before i forget... Final Embrace! *Sinu is suddenly sealed within a block of ice, which is quite large* Just so she doesn't interfere...

"Sinu!" Smash exclaimed when he saw what had happened to her. He turned back to face Helios. "You-"
The sound of a sword sliding out of it's sheath cut him off. Kyle held his sword in front of him with one hand. His sword glowed a light golden color, slightly illuminating the area. "I will be your opponent." He said, sternly.

Helios: I see... then let us begin. Chaos Lance! *Fires a chaos lance at Kyle*

With a swing of his sword, Kyle cut the Chaos Lance in half, rendering the attack useless. He gripped the blade with both hands, preparing to make another move.

Helios: Blinding Light! *Hand suddenly shines very brightly, Assumes Kyle is stunned by it and Chaos Controls Behind Kyle* Magic Hand! *Hand enshrouds in magical energy, attempts to punch Kyle, though if it hits, it should feel like a burn but not have much impact at all*

Kyle began to shield his eyes from the light, but was immediately reminded of a similar move of his own, and decided to put that into action. He leaped into the air with his eyes closed, whispering something quietly to the Gemblade. The white gem on the hilt of the sword began to glow in response, and a gust of air increased the height of his jump. At the peak of his jump, he reopened his eyes and looked down. There was still a bright light, but he could assume that Helios had tried to attack him while he couldn't see. He began to somersault in mid-air, swinging his sword in the process, hoping to slash him a few times before he moved.

Helios: Gah! *Shoulder slashed, chaos controls away, holds a hand out* Focus Blast!!! *Fires a condensed ball of energy at Kyle*

Kyle landed in a half crouching position. The bright light had faded quickly, but a slight flicker behind him tipped him off that he used another skill. He immediately saw Helios appear a few feet in front of him and fire a condensed ball of energy towards his face. Kyle held his sword in front of him to block the energy ball.

Helios: Grrrrrrrrrr... Looks like i have to go all out! *Suddenly enflames in an aura of magic runes, light, and chaos energy, hovers in mid-air* Now then... Demon Lance!!! *A giant axe of dark energy forms high above Kyle for a few moments, before dropping down towards him*
