Sparring Match: Smash VS Terrador

Smash faced him fully now. Terrador could see the pain he was going through. But he put on a stern face. "I don't know if I can. But I will." He said, letting his foot touch the ground. "This is gonna suck for me, but I've been through worse." Like losing control of both an arm AND a leg in one match. He remembered a similar situation in a previous battle. He clenched both fists, keeping his weight off his bad leg. "Let's finish this."

"You got it." he smirked as he assumed a slightly crouched position. He wouldn't let Smash know of his injured left hand for it showed weakness. He charged with more speed than before considering his dizziness had passed. He clenched his right hand into a fist and brought it forward and followed it with a weak left jab.

Smash leaned to the side, raising his arm just a bit. He then locked his arm around his when the attack came at him. The jab hit his side, but it didn't hurt as much as he thought it would. He used his free hand to try and slug him across the face.

Terrador grunted in frustration as his left jab didn't even faze him. Smash's fist was inches from his face before he grabbed it with his left hand. Things could end badly for him at this point if his hand was twisted even slightly the wrong way. With both arms incapacitated he sent his forehead in for a deadly headbutt.

Apparently, that was Smash's plan since both of his arms were occupied as well. He suddenly threw his head forward to bash his. He trained himself to be used to bashing his head against things as an alternative for his iconic skill "Skull Cracker". But when the other person did the same? That was something he hadn't anticipated. Smash was seeing stars after their heads smashed against each other. He felt a chill run down his whole body, and soon felt a massive headache coming on.

Terrador used what was left of his mind after that hit to free himself. He stumbled back with his palms pressed against his forehead. He had felt as if he were struck by a train. Tears ran down his face, not from the pain, but from the impact. He rubbed his head vigorously and shook it around for a bit before he looked once again at Smash.

"Ugh, you really are hard-headed, huh?" he smugly asked

He immediately noticed that Smash was sitting down with swirly eyes. He shook his head, and then rubbed it. "U-ugh, yeah you could say that." Smash also noticed a liquid substance coming from his face. But they weren't tears. It was blood. His head was bleeding after the impact. He struggled to stand up, but only made it to a kneeling position, with his bad leg resting on the ground.

Terrador stared down at Smash. His own attack had rendered him virtually helpless. That headbutt made him nostalgic for the days headbutting rocks as a kid. Although it did leave the room spinning for quite some time which he had not felt for a while. Even the mightiest of warriors had their limits and both echidnas seemed to reach theirs. Terrador had no power remaining and his left hand was badly damaged.

"Are you finished yet?" he asked hoping he would give up already. He didn't know how much longer he would last.

"I'm beginning to question that myself." He said, more to himself than to Terrador. "Unfortunately for my body, though, I tend to fight till I drop." He smiled weakly, yet confidently. He knew he was in a bad position, but he still felt some strength left in him. At least enough for a finisher...that is if he could get over to him to even use it.

"You look pretty bad. We can call this a draw." he suggested as he approached Smash. Something then conjured in his mind. This was a trap, but by the time he realized this he had lent a hand out to the azure echidna. He instinctively readied himself for anything that would be thrown his way
