Sparring Match: Smash VS Terrador

Smash looked down at him on the ground, now beginning to stand up straight. Suddenly, the rock bonked him on the head. "Ow.." He said as it rolled off and landed on the floor. "...He did well, indeed." He then looked up. "But, much like Terry, he has a problem conserving his energy...He burns it out too fast. Then again, I used to have that same problem before.." He looked back down at Terrador. Bending down, he lifted him up into his arms and began to walk back to the locker room of the building.

As he was walking, his mind began to wander. Glancing once at the unconscious echidna in his arms, he began to see not the brown echidna he fought, but rather, he saw a blue echidna instead; He saw himself. '...This guy..Fighting this guy at first was almost like fighting myself from years ago..back when I was around his age..I was almost the same way. If I became what I am now..Surely he can, too.' He thought. Upon returning to the locker room, he set him down on a bed in the corner. It wasn't the most comfortable bed out there, but it was good enough.

Terrador awoke hours later in the locker room. He sat up, rubbed his head and was still feeling fatigued.

"Where am I?" he muttered outloud.

"Right here in the locker room." Came a reply from the far end of the room. Smash was leaning against the wall, now looking directly at him. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, you worked me over pretty good. Are you okay, I saw you're hand bleeding." he replied

Smash rubbed the back of his head. "Not my hand, actually. You managed to get me good with that rock of yours. Knocked me upside the head." He chuckled, rubbing a large bandage that was now placed on the spot where he got hit. "You were really good out there. I haven't had a fight like that in years." He said. "Nowadays, Everyone I fight comes at me with "Chaos This!" "Chaos That!"." He said in a mocking voice, making a face while he was at it. "Kinda annoying if you ask me. But you didn't pull any fancy stunts until I pushed you far enough."

Terrador snickered remembering back on a few fights of his where his opponents used Chaos based attacks.

"I agree with you on that one Smash. And about my fancy stunt, that's Geokinesis, my main asset. Having to fight without it was rather fun. You have motivated me to become stronger. I will train everyday and mabye one day I can beat you." he insisted.

"Until next time, Smash." He said with persistance, shaking his hand before running off.

"You may be stonger than me for now, until we meet again, Smash the echidna." he thought to himself with a smile on his face upon his exit.

"Maybe one day.." Smash nodded before seeing him off with a wave.
'Good luck to you. You were one person I'd like to fight again.' He thought, while watching him leave.


One week later, Smash reentered the Blitz Pit's ring, waiting for his opponent to show up. He cracked his neck and knuckles, loosening up before the battle began. 'Showtime.' He thought.

After a week of intense training, a refreshed Terrador made his way into the ring.

That was quite some training. I'm ready for any opponent I face." he thought to himself. As he made his entrance, the sight of a blue echidna excited him.

"Smash, now way, you're my oppenent?" he said somewhat sceptical.

"Apparently so." Smash answered, both eyebrows raised. "I expect that you've improved, somewhat?" He asked. From the look on his face before he noticed him, Smash took it that he was ready.

Terrador gained a more serious demeanor, distancing himself away from Smash and initiating a fighting pose.

"I am now aware of your tricks Smash. Victory is within my grasp." he smirked
