Does this cost you anything just to run this, or is this as free as webs.com? And is there data you have to go by, like, people posting alot make the data get used up faster aka memory for the site? Because thats my problem on my site and I just wanted to see if this better than webs.com

Nah, Forumotion is completely free. Once you get your forum up it's basically yours for keeps. I didn't actually MAKE this forum though, so I don't know too much about the details of creation. I just took a premade blank slate and turned it into this.
And as far as I know, you shouldn't have any memory problems.
