Sonic: Robotnik's Revenge

PROLOGUE

Sonic had beaten Eggman once again and everybody was happy. Sonic went back to his spot on the beach, enjoying his tan. Tails went back to his workshop, tinkering with his many contraptions with his faithful robot dog, T-Pup. Knuckles went back to his somewhat boring job guarding the Master Emerald. The Chaotix, well, nobody knows where the heck they went. And the Chao went back to eating, sleeping and playing.

Meanwhile, Eggman was deep down in the bowels of Eggmanland, making what was soon to be his new super robot: Robo-Robotnik!

CHAPTER MARIO PROLOGUE

The fat Italian plumber had awoken in some bushes, curious about what had just happened. He worked his way out of the pushes and saw some weird checkered marked dirt. The last thing he remembered was Bowser capturing Peach from the castle yet again and ordering his partner Kamek to send Mario into another dimension. "Mama Mia!" Mario said to himself. Could he actually be in another dimension he thought to himself. He hopped his way across the green hills in the hopes that he could figure out what was going on.

(Behind the Scenes: Not quite yet but I'm going to be breaking down Mario's character a bit in order to create and build a better one. Mario's just TOO generic of a character. Unsure how I'm going to accomplish this but hey, that's part of the fun of writing a story isn't it xD.)

((Wow, I'm really happy to see new members eager to roleplay! However, just a heads up, most people actually prefer to RP with fancharacters rather than being restricted to canon characters. It's easier to roleplay as a character you created yourself rather than a character someone else did.

Also, the prologue you wrote doesn't really give a whole lot to start with. Everyone is currently at peace and Eggman is currently working on some robot. Yeah, Eggman's doing stuff, but nobody really knows. As you stated, all the characters are at peace, so there's no real conflict or anything to start from. Unless, of course, you plan for the first few chapters to be characters just relaxing and enjoying life, which wouldn't be too interesting since they all split up.

The prologue aside, what's going on with the characters? Why are Amy and Cream grouped together? Who is Cheeky the Chao? Why is Mario involved? Why would Robotnik and his robots be controlled by anyone besides you? You know the story and the direction it's going to take, so you should control the villains. ))

Kapus I just explained why Mario is involved. Kamek sent Mario to another world. Said world just so happened to be Sonic's world.

I dunno, I wouldn't bring in characters from other universes unless the host of the roleplay said that it was intended to be a crossover.

Oh, if you want to be a fan character, you can. Whenever everyone's ready to start, they'll be at peace for a bit, but then attacked by robots. Who is Cheeky the Chao? He's a chao I raised in Sonic Adventure. He always is running with a Chaos Emerald that Eggman wants. I'll control him. As for Mario, he's going to be comic relief right now. He'll be important later in the story.

I do kinda have to agree with Kapus in regards to Mario. But if you insist.

I haven't really decided whether or not I actually want to join this; I'll probably wait and see where this goes first and jump in later.

Yeah the fan character thing threw me off too. Also, WHY so many questions in the first place? Shouldn't the people who want to get started. . . Get started? I have.
