ygoloedi esrever - Today at 2:56 AM the thing is that the expanded capacity of the crawffle is less useful than two slightly smaller than average crepes because it allows for both crepes to be filled with different fillings, greatly increasing the versatility hm. however, perhaps the crawffle could be improved with a correct lattice structure made to lock in place when folded, you could negate the crawffle's only downside i was simply imagining a crepe with a standard waffle lattice, but proper pastry engineering could construct a special crawffle lattice for easy folding.
