The Crystal Chronicles

A thought hit Kyla "What...what if the crystal came from Sunshine's blood just like mine came from my blood..?" she asked thinking out loud. Sunshine started staring at Kitty now as if he has something she wants all the sudden.

"That sounds about right.." Gizmo nodded. "In that case, we-"
"Chao?" Kitty noticed Sunshine staring at him, and wondered what she wanted. "Mew chao?"

Sunshine stared just a little longer before pouncing on Kitty and talking to him in chao as if thanking him and nuzzling up to him. "Chao chao cho(You have it on you..I can feel it)" she seem excited. Kyla raised an eyebrow "Um...I take it she..likes Kitty? o_o.." she said getting that impression.

Kitty yelped as he was knocked out of the air and pinned down to the ground. "Mewka chao meow mew!?" (I have what on me!?") He cried out, frantically.

Gizmo blankly stared at the two, unsure of how to respond. Katler tried to listen to what they were saying, confused about what Sunshine meant.

Sunshine gently slowed her nuzzling to calm him. "Chao cho cha(My crystal. You have it)" Kyla moved and gently pulled Sunshine off of Kitty. "Enough Sunshine. I don't think he likes that at all"

Kitty sat up and rubbed his cheek, completely bewildered. "A mew?" (I do?)
"Wait wait, How's that possible?" Katler asked. "Chao-meeka mreow chao?" (How can he have gotten your necklace?)

Sunshine pointed at Kitty looking up at Kyla. "hm...Kitty did you pick up anything that could look like a crystal or a tiny crystal maybe?" she asked now piecing it together.

Kitty's eyebrows rose. "Uhhh..." He scratched his head, thinking for a minute. Gizmo leaned forward, realizing what was going on. After a few moments of suspense...

Kitty simply shrugged.

"Chao chao..." Sunshine's tone sad as she went limp in Kyla's arms. Now trying to figure out why she senses her crystal on Kitty.

Gizmo stroked his chin. "How odd...Kitty come here."
Kitty obediently flew over to Gizmo, who proceeded to examine his body. "I don't see anything strange on you..Maybe we should run a scan on you."
Kitty gulped nervously.
"First, though, what all do you have with you? Lemme see em."
Kitty took off the green bowtie he had been wearing for the party, and looked at it before handing it over. Under it was a strange, small device that looked like a chao medal. He took that off too, and gave it to him.
"Okay, the Super Chao Modifier, and a bowtie." Gizmo held them infront of Sunshine. "Any one of these?" He asked.
