Wrath from Beyond

Sinu: alright. Then let's head for Green Flower City. *Shapeshifts into a dragon, big enough so all 3 of them can ride her, lays so they can get on*

Even though they knew about her shapeshifting, It was still surprising to see it again. They all mounted her back, and held on tight. "Ready." Smash announced.

Sinu: *Takes off, flying towards green flower city*

Later, they arrived at the city. After landing in Smash's yard, the group unmounted Sinu, and took a look around. "Okay so, the hero chao, fittingly named Light, lives right next door." Smash said. "Let's head over there first."

Sinu: *Turns normal* Alright.

The group headed down the street, towards the neighboring house. "It's gonna be a bit weird asking, though..." Smash said. I mean, what am I supposed to say? "Light, Kitty, We need you to come with us to the underworld so we can scare off demon hordes". I mean it makes sense in context, but... His thoughts cleared when they arrived at the door.

Smash knocked on the door, and waited. Soon, the door opened and a little girl fox around 12 years old was standing in the doorway. She smiled when she saw them. "Good afternoon, Mr. Smash!" She greeted. "Hello Mr. Kyle and Miss Keela! It's good to see you again."

"Hello Crystal." Smash said. "Hey, I've got a bit of a weird request, but it's kinda important." He frowned. "Could you bring Light over here?"

Crystal tilted her head to the side. "Oh? Okay." She turned around. "Wait one moment, please. Light! Could you come here, please?" She called. Soon, a deep blue hero chao with golden tips on his hands and feet flew over to the group. "Here he is. What do you need to ask?" She asked, holding the chao in her arms. Light looked up at the group with curiosity.

"Well...How to put it..?" Smash stroked his chin.

"We need him to come with us to the underworld to scare off demon hordes." Keela blurted out. Smash's eyebrows shot up, and he felt both embarrassed and annoyed.

"...Huh?" Crystal didn't seem to understand at all. "What do you mean "Scare off demon hordes"? Why are you...what's going on..?"

Sinu: We are trying to stop my father who is hiding in the underworld. However, we had a run in with a demon lord. To avoid such confrontations, we wish to bring the one thing capable of driving one off... a hero chao.

Crystal was silent for a moment, as she stared at the new, unfamiliar face. "...I dunno..." She said, somewhat worriedly. "Will he really be okay?" She asked. Light on the other hand, put his hands on his hips and looked very skeptical about the whole deal.

"I promise he'll be fine." Smash said. "After all, if he wouldn't, we wouldn't ask." He looked down at Light, and noticed how he was staring at him. "Er..Would you feel more comfortable if Kitty came with us as well? We were planning on bringing him, anyway." Light's face softened up a bit, and he nodded. "Okay, good." He looked up at Crystal, waiting for her answer.

"...Alright." She handed Light over to them, and Keela took him into her arms. "Take good care of him for me. Please."

"I promise." Keela said, reassuringly.

"We promise to bring him back unscathed!" Kyle said, placing his hand on his chest.

"Thank you." Crystal said. "Please, be careful."

"We will. Thanks, Crystal." Smash said. They then left the house, and began walking down the street. "Kitty lives with my friend Gizmo, most of the time." He said as he lead the way. "His house is down by the southern outskirts. A bit of a walk from here."

Sinu: alright... you deal with that... I have something to take care of... *walks off*

Smash looked back at her. "Alright then, Meet us at my house."
