Well, the idea actually came from reminiscing on the old story, or what pieces of it we had down somewhere. I believe originally Mike was supposed to meet her at the Flower Festival in Green Flower City. The Flower Festival being something I had made up just for that RP. So I'm thinking maybe since this is actually taking place right before (and probably going on all throughout) the Blitz Pit World Tournament, there would be some celebrations around the city for the big event.

Well, I probably won't have the exact same festival going on. But the local park is usually the place to go during these types of events. They usually have their celebrations or random little parties there, so that could work out.
I'm not quite sure how to handle Diana at all. But I'd be willing to try and help out if I think of anything.
